The room was spacious with lots of windows offering a great view. The breakfast was worth it, and we were able to park our motorcycle nearby. It's perfect for exploring the castle and enjoying the town's charm.

All the staff were hospitable and excellent. We had the standard king room and it was new-fashioned.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Large, spacious recently remodelled room with comfortable bed. Very nice view from window. On-site restaurants served excellent food and drinks.
Limited parking adjacent to hotel, although additional parking was available down the road.

Fairly clean venue with good location up to the local castle. Location not far from the popular restaurant, the green forests of Luxembourg and the mountain after starting a bonfire with balls of fire on a chain.

good stay but room for improvement
The beautiful room provided ample space for our family, offering fine views through numerous windows. Direct access to a charming cafe downstairs made it convenient to grab quick snacks. The surrounding area had pleasant walking paths and a nearby castle that added to our sightseeing experience. The breakfast offered a fresh variety of seasonal options that really highlighted local flavors.
Though the cleanliness was commendable, the parking situation was somewhat challenging.

The hotel was right on the river and overlooked the castle. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the penthouse room was excellent. The pizzeria attached to the hotel served the most wonderful freshly home-made pizza.

What a spectacular hotel! Beautiful design, large rooms, fantastic location near the castle and the river and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was beautifully presented and had many great choices. We had dinner in the wood-fired pizza restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful. Highly recommended!

The Beautiful Room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable sofa bed, mini fridge, and ample storage space. The powerful shower in the bathroom and the extensive breakfast buffet provided great value for the stay.
The WiFi coverage was lacking, especially in the room located at the back on the second floor, which forced me to step out to get a decent connection. The noise from the nearby café was disruptive at night, and the double mattress setup caused an awkward gap, made sleeping uncomfortable. The lack of fire doors allowed more noise to travel through the hotel than expected, disrupting my sleep when the heating system kicked in.

Location.
Would rather that payment be completed by the hotel via bookings.com. I had to pay cash due to problems presenting my credit card.

Good location for visiting surrounding countryside, rivers etc. Brasserie in hotel very good for reasonably priced pizzas and pastas. It overlooked the river and was set outside under canopies - probably best al fresco location in the town. Room was very large and spacious, with a new, very big, flatscreen TV. Good breakfast with large choice. Free parking in hotel car park.
On arrival, hotel had no booking for us on their system. Fortunately there were rooms available, and we were upgraded to a "luxe" room(our booking had been for "confort"). Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful by giving us maps etc and telling us what we could see in town, but omitted to tell us about locked fridge and safe that we had in room, or wifi access. We had to return to desk to enquire about these things, and were provided with keys and access code. We were also not told how we could access sauna etc and no mention was made of swimmng pool at sister hotel.
